Lab Up & Grub Down
It was all peace when we got blessed by a visit from good friends and homies in music, Stacy Epps and Everet James. Stacy and I go back for a minute, (*hint hint she can be heard on my forthcoming album w/ Paten Locke, “Studies in Hunger,” on Domination Recordings) and tonite she fell through to record a part of my project with Batsauce. Needless to say, Chef 4 Burners catered the studio session lovely.

So 2 of my best friends in the world, the illustrious Batsauce & Lady Daisey have come to Atlanta to kick it with your boy as we prepare to throw down for this year’s A3C Hiphop Festival. Catchin Culinary Wreck in “The Dec”
Recently I went to The Dekalb Famrer’s Market in Decatur, GA (Supposedly one of the best in the country) to get some necessities for the kitchen (many posts to come from that trip), and decided to eat at the Cafe inside. For those who have never been, all I can say is – you lose. This shit is bangin’! Imagine a supreme buffet line, with everything made from the ingredients in the market. Peep -
